Why my google play services always says unfortunately has stopped

Hello, i just want to share my problem, first of all im using acer z520, i rooted my phone because i want to install custom ROM, this is my first time to install custom rom i used TWRP recovery to install custom rom, i watched many tutorials in installing rom but there's one thing i forgot, i did not backup my data, and now my data is wiped without the backup of it, now when the custom rom successfully installed, i turn on my phone, i worry because there's no play store to install apps, there's no any app in my phone, i install apk of Play store and Google play services in my laptop because i don't have any installer in my phone, i transfer apk in my phone and install it, but the problem is when i open the google play it stuck in white screen and the google play services is always saying "unfortunately google play services has stopped" i try to install apk in my phone using Google but when i open any website it says "No app found to open URL" Is there any chance to fix this?
