why my media sound not working?

[Android Central Question]

today my phone suddenly stopped working on media sound.when i max my media sound it givea s warning like it is connected to bluetooth headphones although bluetooth is off.(notification and system sound works).

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? What exactly is the warning you get? Does this persist after a reboot, or in Safe Mode?
