M Nexus 7 was on my bed while charging and it slip off and fell on the ground and now it won't charge.

If you can, try another USB lead. It may have been that that got damaged, depending on how the tablet fell.
Otherwise, there may be damage to the USB port, or some other internal damage, or loosening of a connector perhaps.
