Why my phone always have aessage that my Google play service has stop

My phone make me so irritated on having always a notice that my Google play service and Google apps is unfortunately stopped. How to fix it please help

There is a few solution for this problem.
1) Make sure Google Play Store is up-to-date.
2) Clear the Google Play Services cache.
3) Clear the Google Services Framework cache
4) Reboot your phone, just do it.
5) Install a custom stable rom.
