Why my phone is not turning on after being switched off for got stucked

[Android Central Question]

I updated the version of my M02s device & since that my phone freezing to 6-7 secs but it doesn't bother me...but one day I opened Samsung kids in my device and it stucked for more than a minute.so I turned off my phone by pressing volume button & power button at once... since that turning off my phone is not again getting turning on...why?

P.s sorry if my English is not up to level

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed over the air, or did you download the update from some website manually?

Charge the phone on a wall outlet for at least 6 hours undisturbed. Then press and hold Power and Vol Down for about 30 seconds. Wait a few seconds, and then press and hold Power along for about 30 seconds. Does anything happen? If not, then either the battery or the motherboard failed.

Is the phone still under warranty?
