why my phone is showing rtl layout?

my phone huawei p9 lite android version 7.0 crashed and restarted and the layout was flipped, and it's now right to left, i went to developer options and couldn't find ''Force rlt layout'' option, so what can I do to make it back ltr?

Not sure what else up suggest other than to try a factory data reset. Make sure to backup data before you do this
