Hi my phone LG g3 beat having a problem about sounds.when I call someone they can't hear me but I can hear them,but when my headphone is one,it's work fine..k

Welcome to Android Central! That could mean your primary phone mic is either blocked (e.g., by lint or other debris) or faulty.

Your thread title seems to describe a different issue, though -- are you also having problems with the phone not playing audio when you're watching a video?
