Why my phone memory doesn't refresh?

I cleaned some apps that i don't use, games that i had installed a long time ago and i don't use them, the problem is my phone doesn't refresh the memory and says that "phone storage is getting low " and i have just installed the original apps a two other apps, those apps, together, have only 20MB.
What do i?

Some phones are partitioned so that "phone storage" and "app storage" are two different partitions. So no matter how many apps you remove, that has no effect on how much data you have space for.

Try removing (backing up to a computer first, of course - and checking the backups to make sure they're usable) pictures, videos and music and see if you get more "phone storage".
