Why my phone network

[Android Central Question]

I have Samsung s7 I insert line in and it's detected but there's an X in network bars,, I made factory reset but the problem still exist. Just Need Help What can I do to fix this problem

Which line? There's no wired connection for network in an S7, it's WiFi only.
