Why my Phone switching off all the way when I raise the volume high?

I have redmi note 8 phone and it's automatically turning off all the way that means complete shut down when I turn on the volume to high.

It sounds to me like a fault of some kind, either phone hardware or battery. It may however be worth trying Safe Mode to test whether a third-party app is causing it.

Try safe mode see if any 3rd party app responsible, if same then factory reset would be next unless we missing any other information then you provided
