Why my phone won't turn on

My phone the screen is black it's dead it won't turn on. There's no sign of vibration of sound and the lights on the upper right side corner won't turn on it's completely dead the phone died in a wont turn on I just bought a new battery the phone is a Galaxy Note 4 before the phone used to die at 64% and what I used to do is take off the battery and put it on and then turn the power on the battery I just bought the battery today and the phone is completely black and won't turn on

First , please post on the Note 4 forum. I still have a Note 4 but have not had this issues. Make sure battery is fully charged. Try holding the power button and home button for a bit.
