Why my Samsung s3 frontier is showing screen whitening and flickering?

Hie. I suddenly saw yesterday that on my gear s3 is showing screen flickering for some moments and again it disappeared but reappear again after sometime. The whole screen flickers and shows white lines. I switched off the watch for a day. Next day I switched on. The screen flickering was still there so I reset my watch. But to use. Now the whole of the watch became useless with white lines across the whole screen. I again tried rebooting the wat h by pressing the home button while on charge. Though the watch now showed watch faces but still the flickering is there? Please help. What to do.

Sounds like either needs repair or buy another watch
