Why my smartwatch is not in sinc with my phone anymore and doesn't receive notifications

[Android Central Question]

I have a Pocophone F1 and a Samsung galaxy watch that were in perfect sinc and working perfectly in it all before the update. After the update i lost all the notification sounds on my phone and received them only only my watch. After rebooting my phone and resetting my watch the notification sounds are working on my phone but not on the watch anymore. I've tried everything i could if not more! Also the battery is draining like crazy mid day of at 18% even when I'm not using it (i am aware that the constant BT connection with the watch was a major factor before but now its unbelievable!) ...
