Why my wifi is not turning on after factory reset

I have a in focus version 5 mobile my wifi network is not turning on after a factory reset my wifi options like refresh and add a network has been greyed out what can i do for this pls help me

Strange , can you get in safe mode ?
Why did you do a factory reset?
