Why no Slow Motion Video on GS5? GS4 had it...:(

I'm bummed about this. I will probably return mine because of this. As an avid golfer, I like to use this feature along with Coaches Eye app to analyze my golf swing. I should have probably researched this a bit better but at least I'm in Sprint's 14 day window of returns.

What to do?? Pick up an HTC One M8 which has SloMo or wait for the next thing?

Samsung didn't really drop anything from previous models, check out Samsung Apps in the app drawer, a lot of Samsung apps that were stripped out of Touch Wiz are there to download...Your golf swing analyzer is there

Thanks for the reply but the fps on GS5 is only 30 fps...no way you can do real slomo with that no matter what app you have. The M8 does 94 fps in 720p mode.

As I understand it standard HD video (1080p, Smooth Motion) is shot in 60 FPS while UHD (2160) is 30 +/- FPS.

Cool. I know you can upload to coaches eye too. I'll have to see how the slomo does with an upload

It's there. Just make sure you're not using the FRONT (Selfie) CAMERA or the option won't appear.
