Why no undervolted kernel for Hisense Sero 7 PRO?

Hello,

Newbie here. I've searched quite a bit for ROMs and Kernels for my Hisense Sero 7 PRO, but I have not yet found a kernel that support undervolting. Does anyone know of one?

Is it just not possible to undervolt the Hisense Sero PRO 7 by chance? I figure along with overclocking, undervolting would be a popular feature?
