Why Phone restarting so often S7 Edge ?

Hi Friends

I bought S7 Edge while I was in US. I got a UAE firmware while delivered to me. Now I am back home and in Chennai.
Recently I started facing continuous restart and heating issue with my phone. I did factory reset and did not help.

Samsung people advised to update the software but they denied to do since phone got purchased in abroad and if they install, it might make phone unusable. I do not know what I need to do now.

Please help..

Welcome to Android Central! Who put the UAE firmware on the phone? Flashing a different variant's firmware might cause various issues. You may want to consider flashing the appropriate firmware for that exact variant: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html
