Why Phone Shuts off or Reboots when volume is high ?

if i play something the phone shuts off or reboots
if the music or the movie is loud the phone shuts off or reboots
and i hear some popping before that
but when i plug in the phone into wall charging nothing is happening
and when the volume is not high enough or in the middle again nothing is happening
could someone plz explain why
