Why Samsung Galaxy S7 WiFi Sensitivity So Weak?

Only stupid answers on search, like factory reset. Vintage Kindle HDX grabs from 100 yards here at resort. Phone barely at 30 feet.

Really regret "upgrade" from LG G2. No similar issue. May switch back upon return.

Hmm. No such problem on my end. I can connect to my work place's wifi from the next building. It's maybe at least 150 feet away door to door. Although I'm not in the US and using a variant with a different chipset (Exynos). US versions use Snapdragon chips. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
