Why since updating Galaxy S4 to Lollipop now showing messages I don't understand?

Updated my Galaxy S4 to Lollipop 5.0 two days back. Since then though, I can't move apps around (or long press), just shows message; "unfortunately Touchwiz Home has Stopped Working".

Since update, this message is also showing (on screen often); "Sorry, Apk exception, will now exit".

Please help.

I was told that after your phone is updated from lollypop, you need to reset your phone.

By "rest", is it a Full Factory Reset? Could you also tell me how to do it or point me in the direction of a guide to do the reset?
