Why so slow lately?

Using stock android now cuz was having problems with custom Rome
But I got my stuff light as can be, plain black background, no animations, only a few Alps on home screen, no Widgets...no unnecessary apps
But I get like moments where Fone freezes, then burts going to all the places I pressed while frozen

And tbh, I'm only using 55mb ram....

But all week, I had to do at least one battery pull a day.

You might of had a bad flash. I recommend Harmonia froyo it's the best of modded stock roms in my opinion. Just make sure the md5 matches up and follow directions. Also do not use ROM manager.

I have tried both harmonia and recently bumblebee. So far have found bumblebee to be smoother and with less issues all around. Just my 2 cents
