Why some apps recently saying "unfortunately app has stopped"?

When connected net to Android ..sometimes some apps like YouTube, email, camera says "app has stopped unfortunately "

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? This usually means that something is causing the apps to be unstable. Does it persist after a reboot? Or in Safe Mode?
