Sound prompt out from both the speaker earphone and phone,after resetting the phone it work well to 7-8 days and the some problems occur

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about notification tones, or all sounds? Are you saying the sound comes through headphone that you plugged in, as well as the main phone speaker? Or do you mean that the sound comes from the earpiece speaker as well as the main speaker?
