Why T mobile received the update first ?

Is this update definitely going to be rolled out to AT T ( camera and voice quality ) I do not seem to have the calling issue but I am interested in having the latest software upgrades.

Soak test invites for att update is already out ..if the history repeats .. updates generally get rolled one week after the soak test. Expect the update soon ..
