Why the data connectivity is not working in my Lenovo K4 note

I have a Lenovo k4 note and i used net through data connection and wifi sometimes. What i'm facing now is, i couldn't access network through my data connectivity even i have sufficient data validity and balance.

I tried with various efforts suggested by vendors and network operator representatives.

Please help someone to sort out my current issues

Welcome back! Who's your carrier? Are you certain your APN settings are correct? Does it give you an error message when you try to connect via mobile data?

try enabling various apps under data usage section in settings..
