Why the internet don't work on one mobile

Here's the situation I have two mobiles. I've connected both of them on the wifi, both say it's connected and with good signal.

One works fine, I cam watch videos on youtube and open google and other sites.

But for some reason the other one doesn't. It say its connected but if I try opening a video or any page, it doesn't work as if there was no internet. I tried connecting to google and it said: "google.com's server IP adress could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG"
what does it mean?

The one that works is a moto g 3rd gen, and the one that doesnt os a galaxy S4. But his started happening suddenly, it used to work normally on both phones Idk what changed. I tried rebooting the phone and even going back to factory mode but the problem continues.

Anything I can do?

That depends on whether it's happening on wifi or on mobile data.

On mobile data, check the phone;s APN against the one your carrier needs. (You can usually find it by googling yourcarriersname apn.)

On wifi, make sure that your wifi settings are the default, not fixed IP address, not fixed DNS.
