The pictures say it all: The phone doesn’t ring because ‘Do not disturb’ is on, but it is clearly off.

Try clearing the phone apps cache then force stop it and see if that helps.

I assume you've already considered this, but when that call came in, was the phone lying on its screen? Since "Flip to Shhh" is on, that would've been the same as Do Not Disturb.

Also, is DND set to any specific schedule?

No, phone was face up. Basically, the only time it is flipped is when I am in bed.
In terms of scheduling - just looked at my phone and I see no way to set that up.

Go to Settings>Modes -- do you see any modes that aren't listed as "Not set"?

Also make sure you don't have any settings currently on for call screening or spam detection conflicting as well check if any number went to blocked numbers lists by accident
