Why there is no LOCK and MASK APP in advanced feature setting of my Samsung J7 Pro?

As much as I've seen in YT, the J7 Pro blogger gives TIPS of J7 Pro about the Lock and Mask App but when I tried to turn it on in advanced features there is nothing there.
