Why they are insufficient memory on Google Photos on my mom's Samsung Galaxy A50?

Please help me, my mom's Samsung Galaxy A50 phone has more memory space in the system but in Google Photos there was insufficient space. I never seen a notification on my mom's phone saying Memory Space is insufficient. Google Photos just say insufficient memory space to upload photos on this Google app.

If photos are stored in original quality you only get around 15GB free space before you need to upgrade to Google One for extra space. Is you backup the photos in unlimited high quality then you get unlimited space for photos. Videos always take up space. That sounds like your issue. In the Photos settings there should be an option to choose what format to backup photos in.

You can also convert all of those Original Quality photos and videos to High Quality, therefore freeing up that storage (since High Quality storage is unlimited in Google Photos).
