Why Verizon

Honestly other than coverage I have no idea. I guess maybe they like the feel of being on a premium Network. However I went to Sprint and I'm saving about $60 a month and have two additional phone lines with Sprint. I noticed little to no difference in service. Not sure why anyone would be with Verizon anymore I just don't know.

Coverage, unlimited data, cheap bill, data that actually loads (compared to Sprint in my area) to name a few reasons why I choose Verizon.

My thing with Verizon customer service is of you call 4 reps with one question you have a good chance of getting 4 different answers.

I know not everybody gets his experience but for me so far Verizon has been on point when they told me to trade in phones and I'll get the credits and stuff you cycles that work fall asleep and then I only had one other billing issue where I'm mysterious $39 showed up on my bill after I already paid it I put in a ticket few days later it was gone.
