Why watsapp and imo are not downloading

I am downloading IMO and Watsapp and the message appear that this version is not compatible for your device why this happen coz I am using these since 20th Nov,2016.

Are you using WiFi or mobile data? How fast is your network? Are you able to install any other apps or use any other services that require data?
