Why we can not delete that shortcut(WEB GAMES) from home screen ?

Its hesitating me like crazy even i did two times hard reset but its still showing on screen.Can any one suggest me how to resolve it.

What phone do you have? Have you tried a third party launcher like Nova?

Solution:
If you are facing with web games short cut, here is answer for you.
Android:
Go to Settings > Application Manager > Click on running process 'All' > Force Stop & Disable "com.androidhelper.sdk".

Thanks. Disabled it.

But it seems to be a system level app (doesn't allow uninstall). How did it get installed?
