Why when i deactivate find my phone in phone administrators does it automatically come back on

how do i get it to never turn bank on by itself. And does this mean they are administrator over my phone and personal data. I'm using lg stylo 5 version 9 that's been reset to factory settings yet still says that I'm running a custom Android version. Idk...let me know if you need more info I've Why when i deactivate find my phone in phone administrators does it automatically come back on. I've never posted on here before

Did you root this phone ?
Find my phone is toggled off in my device administrator , but even if its toggled on it's to locate your phone incase its lost

Welcome to Android Central! After you uncheck Find My Device in the Device Administrator menu, are you able to Disable the app in Settings>Apps​?
