Why when I try to download an app on Kindle it goes to my phone

AC Question

When I try to download an app in my Kindle Fire HD it goes to my Galaxy S5 phone. If I try to download it again it says I already have it.

How do exactly you try to install it?
If you use Google Play web site, it can install on any of your devices. You can select device there.
