My lg sunrise was not letting me use any Google apps, so I restarted it hoping that it would fix the problem, but when it tries to turn on it went to the lg screen and did nothing else. I have tried everything except resetting it because I don't want to lose my pictures, so I don't know what to do. Can anybody help me fix it.

Welcome to Android Central! There may be a problem with the firmware or hardware. Unfortunately, you might not have any other option than to try a factory reset. Are your photos saved to Internal Storage or an SD card? I assume you haven't been backing them up or syncing them on a regular basis anywhere.
