saved video from facebook messenger won't play on stock video player on galaxy s5
i received a video on facebook messenger. it plays fine within messenger but when i save the video to my phone and go back to play it using the stock video player, i get the error "unable to play video. file has incorrect data." please help. i've downloaded vlc player and mx player and neither one of them can play the video either. its just a video recorded on iphone 6 with stock recorder and then sent to me. i have a galaxy s5. any advice would be helpful. i'm deployed and these family vids are very important to me. thank you.
