Why won't be GS6 active turn on?

this morning when I woke up, I unplugged my active and it wouldn't turn on. The only thing that stayed on was the green light in the upper left hand side of the phone. I am new to android devices and am not sure what to do. Please help. Thank you.

No problem. Keep an eye on it. It's definitely not normal.

It's happened to me once in the month and a half I've owned my S6 so it's not an Indication that it's going to happen all the time. Probably just a one time occurrence.

Hi I had the same problem as Oliver but mine won't still turn on. I had it connected to my Mac to have it charge and also had a application downloading for my mac. Would this cause a problem to my phone? Alarm worked this morning but screen is black can see or turn it off.
try the vol down+home+power and won't work. Help please!

Google dead s6 seems pretty common I've sent 2 back and now third s6 done it ,i m believing more an more its a software issue
