Why won't Asus TF700T tablet turn on ?

Month ago tablet started crashing. I did cold reboot then started getting error "Unfortunately system UI has stopped working". I did a factory reset but kept getting getting error message that system UI stopped working but now screen background is black and flickering . Did another cold reboot and the tiny print (left top corner) says some kind of driver not found . A black background with flickering icons came up. I turned tablet off now it won't turn on . It's been 2 days now .

Sounds pretty dead to me but you should take it to a repair shop. It could be something simple
