Why won't my contacts load?

When I click on my Contacts icon the little wheel keeps going around, showing it's loading, but nothing happens. I cannot access my contacts. Galaxy A3

I've rebooted and still nothing. I've tried power off as well. This is going on for 2 days now

Settings>system>storage>cache data>wipe/delete all
