Why won't my Dell Venue 8 3830 charge?

My Dell Venue 8 3830 Will not charge.

I have sent it back but it is not fixed.

Damaged cord or charging jack? Usually what occurs with laptops. Hope this helped

Assuming you sent the charger and cable back with it, contact Dell and let them know that they sent it back still not working and ask for an RMA with their paying shipping both ways.

(If you didn't send the charger and cable with it, try a charger and cable from another tablet or a phone. They're interchangeable.)
