Galaxy GT-P5113 won't print on Brother HL-L2360DW

My wife and I bought a Brother HL-L2360DW printer for my aunt as a Christmas present so she could print via WiFi from her Galaxy GT-P5113. We downloaded the Brother iPrint&Scan app from the Google Play store, but when we try to print, we get a sheet of paper that says PCL XL error. Subsystem: KERNEL Error: IllegalAttributeValue Operator: ReadImage Position: 12. I know it's not a network issue, because I printed something from the device using my iPhone 5s. It has to be a driver issue. Anybody out there able to help? I'd really appreciate it.

It's an untrapped bug in the app. Nothing you can do but report it to Brother.

Until then, try Cloud Print. It prints through Google's cloud and your wifi, but it prints. (I use it with a Kodak that almost nothing prints to - this one does.)

Thanks for the advice. So I have to download Cloud Print instead. Never used it. All my stuff is Apple. Guess we should have bought her an iPad to replace her tablet. Then we wouldn't have had this issue. How should I report the issue to Brother? Call customer service?
