Galaxy Note 2 won't boot after update.
I received a notice to update the phone (stagefright security patch), now my phone won't boot. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
I have taken the battery out, kept the power button on for about one minute, put the battery back in, and pressed power for up to 20 seconds. It still won't boot.
