Why wont my Galaxy S4 change over networks?

[AC Question]

I have an s4. It was on the verisin network and now.im.trying.to.get.to t mobile s. I got it to where I can register the phone as a t mobile phone and that it is connecting to t mobile.but.I cannot get the phone its self to change over the network data.

Hi, maybe the phone is carrier locked?
