Why won't my LG keyboard pop up?

my LG keyboard wont pop up

hello my LG keyboard will not pop up so i cant get into my phone ive tried to restart it i took the battery out and everything i need help and fast i need my phone its important that i solve this ASAP please help me i dont know how long it will be like this

Are you able to pull down the notification shade and ensure the keyboard is enabled and it's selected to be currently used?

If not, you will need an OTG adapter and a usb keyboard. Connect OTG adapter/cable to your device. Then plug the keyboard onto the other end of the OTG. Use keyboard to enter password.
