Why won't my Moto X (2013) power on?

Moto X (2013) won't power on

I tried to install an app from the Play Store (Fast and Furious 6) and my phone shut off. It gets to the motorola logo before going to black.

Welcome to Android Central! What was the battery level at? Does it keep trying to boot, or does it stay powered off? If it stays off, keep it plugged into a wall outlet for a good 10-12 hours or so, in case the battery died. Then try powering on again.
