I just bought a Nexus 5 used and when I put my SIM card in it I am given the option of connecting to Rogers (my provider) under 'Available Networks.'
I select 'Rogers' and a little pop up says "Registering to Rogers," but then another pop up says "cannot connect to this network right now, try again later."
The phone has had a factory and a hard reset since I bought it and I was also under the impression that the Nexus 5 couldn't be locked to a certain provider.
What's the issue here?
