Why won't my Note 5 recognize my Google account after a factory reset??

why wont my note 5 recognize my google account after a factory reset??

i had to reset factory settings on my note 5 because it locked me out and everything was not working, even logging through google was not working. while i was trying to login through google credentials, i changed my google password from PC . now after resetting it asked to verify my google account, and is not accepting my password, keeps asking me to use an owner account. im the owner and im using my credentials. any help
