Why won't my phone turn on?

My phone wont turn on

My phone is an LG leon and it was stuck on the tmobile screen but i took out the battery and did a factory reset and now its stuck on the downloading apps screen

I had my phone on before I fell asleep and when I woke up it was dead...or so I thought. I plugged it in and it was at 60%. I tried to turn it on and it won't go past the Metro PCS screen. I've taken out the battery, hard reset it and it still isn't working. Someone please help.
