Why won't my Polaris Office Viewer 5 print?

[AC Question]

Polaris Office Viewer 5 will not print.

If I open a word document using Polaris and try to print it the screen says ''No connection'' even though it has the correct printer name and IP address. It is on the same wireless home network. If I open the document using other apps I can print it.

I would try to clear cache and app data on the app
