Why won't my S3 mini turn on?

S3 mini wont turn on

Hi!
I have a problem with my S3 Mini. I was running cyanogenmod 12.1 and i clicked on google drive app. Suddenly the phone lag and i took the battery out and then pulled it back on. But the phone wont turn up even the safe mode. I put the charger on but no result.
The battery isnt a problem because I replaced it 3 months ago with a new one.
Can you please help me?

Try a two key reboot. Hold both buttons at the same time at least 10 seconds.....
